Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We are not a mass-production printing company—instead, we produce prints as you order them, with the highest quality possible. Thus, we do not accept order cancellations at this time.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 2 business days.

How do I track my order?

Click the "chat" button at the bottom of this page. Enter your e-mail address and order number to get an update on when you should be receiving your order!

Shipping

How do you package your paper prints?

Different packaging depending on the size of the poster as well as the country where the item is produced and shipped to.Our standard packaging for posters is:

  • Flat for posters up to A4
  • Tube for posters above A4

Some exceptions are:

  • Mailing tubes in the following countries: DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT
  • Triangular/rectangular tubes in the US, Canada and Brazi

How do you package your canvas prints?

Canvas prints are packaged with strong edges to protect the items. In addition, we wrap the items in bubble wrap or kraft paper for additional protection.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship paper prints to 32 countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, France,Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.



We ship canvas prints to 20 countries:

Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, India, Ireland, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Please note that we only accept refunds for items that are damaged or defective. To initiate a refund process, please send an e-mail labeled RETURN: [Your Order Number] to us within seven days of receipt at printsbymichell [at] gmail.com. Kindly include clear photographs of the damage along with your message. We will work with you to offer an exchange or full refund.
